This information disclosure is made in connection with the voluntary tender offer by PT Iforte Solusi Infotek for the shares of PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (the “VTO”), as referred to in Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) Regulation No. 45/2024 and OJK Regulation No. 54/2015 (hereinafter, the VTO information disclosure shall be referred to as the “VTO Statement”).

The VTO will be conducted at an Offer Price of IDR5,400.- per share.

This VTO remains subject to the effective statement from the OJK in accordance with the provisions stipulated under OJK Regulation No. 45/2024 and OJK Regulation No. 54/2015.
