This Announcement must be read together with the Amendement and/or Supplementary Information to the VTO Statement published in the Kontan and Neraca Daily Newspapers, as well as on the website of  PT Iforte Solusi Infotek, PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk, and  PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, on 3 July 2026 (“Supplementary Information to the VTO Statement”).

The Offer Price shall remain as set out in the Supplementary Information to the VTO Statement, namely IDR5,400.00 (five thousand four hundred Rupiah) per share.

The second VTO period extension shall be conducted for 30 (thirty) Days, commencing on 4 September 2026 at 08:30 WIB and ending on 3 October 2026. Considering that 3 October 2026 is not an operational day of the Securities Administration Bureau and the Securities Company appointed for the implementation of this VTO, the Second VTO Period Extension will remain open until 2 October 2026 at 16:00 WIB, being the last business day and the final operational hours of the Second VTO Period Extension at 16:00 WIB.
