This Announcement must be read together with the Amendement and/or Supplementary Information to the VTO Statement publsihed in the Kontan and Neraca Daily Newspapers, as well as on the websitews of  PT Iforte Solusi Infotek, PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk, and  PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, on 3 July 2026 (“Supplementary Information to the VTO Statement”).

The Offer Price shall remain as set out in the Supplementary Information to the VTO Statement, namely IDR5,400.00 (five thousand four hundred Rupiah) per share.

The VTO period extension shall be conducted for 30 (thirty) Days, commencing on 5 August 2026 at 08:30 WIB and ending on 3 September 2026 at 16:00 WIB.
