Amendment and/or Supplementary Information to Voluntary Tender Offer Statement by PT Iforte Solusi Infotek for the Shares of PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (“Supplementary Information to the VTO Statement”)

This Supplementary Information to the VTO Statement is made in connection with the voluntary tender offer by PT Iforte Solusi Infotek for the shares of PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (the “VTO”), as referred to in Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) Regulation No. 45/2024 and OJK Regulation No. 54/2015.

The VTO will be conducted at an Offer Price of IDR5,400.- per share. VTO period shall be from 6 July 2026 to 4 August 2026, commencing at 08:30 Western Indonesian Time (WIB) and closing at 16:00 WIB on each day throughout the VTO Period. Iforte may extend the VTO Period by making a disclosure of information to the public in accordance with POJK 54/2015.
